The Kissimmee Police Department will be holding a Tip-A-Cop fundraising event benefiting Special Olympics Florida this Thursday. Officers and Command Staff from the Kissimmee Police Department will participate in a Tip-A-Cop fundraising event in an effort to help build awareness and support for Special Olympics. The officers and staff will assist servers and the “tips” they receive will benefit Special Olympics, a non- profit organization that provides year-round sports training and athletic competition to more than 2.2 million people with intellectual disabilities in more than 150 countries.
