The Personnel Department services more than 750 employees, who fill more than 160 different positions in 11 departments. Vacant positions are advertised in local newspapers, online and posted each Monday, for 10 days, on the bulletin board (1st floor) in City Hall.

Roxane Walton
Roxane came to the City of Kissimmee in 2016 with over 29 years of experience in various leadership roles in the Human Resources field. She supervises several employees and manages a budget of approximately $800,000.

Mrs. Walton is responsible for the administration of employee benefits, recruitment, compensation, Self-Insurance Program, training, all labor law issues, and employment records.
