Beth Stefek has served as the Director of Personnel and Risk Management since June 1991. She supervises several employees and manages a budget of approximately $800,000.
Mrs. Stefek is responsible for the administration of employee benefits, recruitment, compensation, Self-Insurance Program, training, all labor law issues, and employment records.
