Berlinsky Community House 

The historic Berlinsky Community House showcases beautiful hardwood floors, a modest kitchen area and a stage suitable for live entertainment. Located just a short distance from the Lakefront, this is an ideal location to host receptions, graduations, showers, and other social events. The facility accommodates up to 140 people.

Kissimmee Civic Center
The Kissimmee Civic Center is nestled in a beautiful park setting in historical downtown Kissimmee. The grand ballroom is the ideal location to host receptions, showers, reunions, meetings, conferences, and other social events.

Book one of our convenient rental packages or consult with our event coordinator to plan a tailor-made event. Our package include a 6 hour rental period, tables and chairs, set-up and breakdown, and standard janitorial services.

The floor plan includes: dance floor, banquet-style seating with a combination of head table, buffet, cake, and gift tables based on the group size (up to 280 people).

Wedding Lawn at Kissimmee Lakefront Park

The wedding lawn is a beautiful outdoor area with a ceremony arch way ideal for a picture perfect celebration. The wedding lawn is about 5,000 square feet and also features electricity. To provide great photo backgrounds and privacy the lawn is decorated with well kept rich vegetation.

The Wedding Lawn requires prior registration and can be rented by the day from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. All rental must include deliveries, decorating, rehearsal, set up/breakdown and clean up time.

- Tables and chairs may be rented from outside vendors; at the responsibility of the renter and must be up upon the conclusion of the ceremony.

-Tent set ups are permitted at the wedding lawn. The renter is responsible for acquiring a tent permit and providing additional insurance.

-Production items, equipment and materials needed must be provided and are the sole responsibility of the renter. All set ups must be approved by City staff.

 -Rose petals are allowed, however rice and sparklers are not permitted on the park or wedding lawn.
