The Kissimmee Gateway Airport remains open and operational.  Air Traffic Control and Fixed Base Operator services are available.  The Airport Administration Building is closed to the public but answering phone calls and emails.  Airport Operation and Maintenance Staff are still available for airfield responses.

Airport Location & Capabilities

The Kissimmee Gateway Airport provides safe and efficient airport facilities for the economic benefit of our community.

Located near Orlando, just eight miles away from Walt Disney World and 10 miles away from the Orlando -Orange County Convention Center, Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM) accommodates general aviation air service 24 hours a day with two paved airport runways--respectively 5,000 and 6,000 feet. 

Three Fixed-Based Operators (FBOs) are located on the airport property, as well as a number of flight training schools, new T-hangars, box hangars, and a variety of recreational activities. 

The public is encouraged to visit an historic Warbird Museum with T-6 Warbird adventure flights, P-51 Mustang pilot training and an 18-hole golf course.

The Kissimmee Gateway Airport is owned and operated by the City of Kissimmee and its air traffic control tower operates daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
