DEMOLITION SERVICES - BLIGHT REMOVAL - This service is meant to assist with the development of new facilities along major City corridors and preferred areas of redevelopment by allowing for the removal of facilities that fail to met safety or aesthetic standards.
BUILDING LIFE SAFETY OR ADA RETROFIT REBATE - In an effort to assist Targeted Industries in their efforts of relocating to our community, the City of Kissimmee will offer eligible Targeted Industry companies a maximum of $25,000 toward the retrofitting of a newly purchased building, for the purposes of upgrading the facility to meet current building codes for ADA or Life Safety standards.
The City created this new incentives program, to assist with growing aerospace high value and high wage jobs, especially at or around the Kissimmee Gateway Airport. An aerospace company is defined as an entity whose work involves research, design, manufacturing, operations or, maintenance of aircraft or spacecraft. These incentives are specifically for eligible aerospace QTI projects. Please click here for more details about QTI eligibility.

Reduced Commercial Rates: In an effort to promote energy conservation, KUA cut the rate by 10% for its business customers that use less than 1,500 kilowatt hours of power per month. Over 6,000 business customers saw a reduction in their rates from this energy efficiency initiative.
This free City service provides consolidated mapping information. The Geographic Information System (GIS) map provides a range of information from parcel data to the locations of natural resources. This map also provides users with overlay information, detailing the color coded zoning designations. This helpful resource is located online at http://cw.kissimmee.org/publicgispage/
