The Planning Division has a number of map documents available to assist residents, businesses and potential developers in navigating through the City's zoning and development process.  Below are the commonly referenced maps used by City Staff and citizens are listed below.

Zoning and Land Use Maps

  • City of Kissimmee Zoning Designation Map:  An official map adopted by the City of Kissimmee that delineates the extent of each district or zone established in the zoning ordinance.
  • City of Kissimmee Future Land Use Map:  An adopted map by the City of Kissimmee delineating the long range plan for the desirable use of land.
  • Kissimmee Interactive Map - Allows for address, parcel and owner searches

Kissimmee Overlay Districts

  • Downtown Community Redevelopment Area Overlay District Map: An official map that outlines the boundaries of the Downtown CRA.
  • Vine Street Community Redevelopment Area Overlay District Map:  An approved map identifying the boundaries of the Vine Street CRA. 
  • Eastern Short Term Rental Overlay District Map:  An adopted map that depicts potential short term rental occupancy within the eastern portion of the City.
  • Western Short Term Rental Overlay District Map:  An adopted map identifying potential short term rental occupancy within the western portion of the City.
  • South Beaumont Historic District Map:  City's historic district located in downtown Kissimmee.
  • Bed & Breakfast Overlay District Map:  Map of where potential bed & breakfast establishments could be located.
  • Multimodal Transportation Overlay District Map:  Map depicting location of the multi-modal district which is intended to encourage mobility improvements and redevelopment in Kissimmee's urban core and to enable transit oriented development along the Vine Street corridor and elsewhere throughout the district.
