The Kissimmee Police Department utilizes an online submission and tracking program to complete requests for police reports or other official records from the Kissimmee Police Department. The Department ONLY has records of incidents that occurred within the City of Kissimmee.
The following outlines the request process:
- After submitting a request, you will be provided a tracking number and security code. You may use these two items to check the status of your request in the online portal.
- If you provided an email address, a representative of the Clerk's Office will contact you ONLY if your request is unclear or requires payment to fulfill. If a request can be fulfilled without further clarification or payment, you will receive an email notifying you the records are ready for retrieval in the online portal.

Open communication with the public is an important priority for Kissimmee Police Chief Jeffrey O’Dell. Therefore, the Kissimmee Police Department is responsive to media requests and provides media partners with the most up-to-date and accurate information available.
The Public Information Officer serves as a media liaison for the department. Her/His goal is to keep the community informed of current events, programs and news in Kissimmee.
