The City of Kissimmee utilizes an online submission and tracking portal to complete public records request. The following outlines the request process:
- After submitting a request, you will be provided a tracking number and security code. You may use these two items to check the status of your request in the online portal.
- If you provided an email address, a representative of the Clerk's Office will contact you ONLY if your request is unclear or requires payment to fulfill. If a request can be fulfilled without further clarification or payment, you will receive an email notifying you the records are ready for retrieval in the online portal.
