Orlando Japan Festival

This is a photo from the Orlando Japan Festival at Kissimmee Lakefront Park.  

This annual festival is one of the fastest-growing and most unique events in downtown Kissimmee. Orlando Japan Festival showcases a wide variety of Japanese performing arts, attractions and vendor booths. This event has grown to be one of the largest of its kind in Central Florida.

Food Truck Rodeo & KUA Movie in the Park

This is a photo of steam wraps promoting the Food Truck Rodeo at Kissimmee Lakefront Park.

Start your weekend off right every first Friday of the month with the Food Truck Rodeo and KUA Movie in the Park. The Food Truck Rodeo begins at 6 pm on the Kissimmee Lakefront Park Lighthouse Lawn. This month's food truck line up is Catalina's Coffee Bar, El Mambo, Farmers Seafood, Green Machine Grill, So Fry and Tapioca House.

Activities and games begin on the Kissimmee Lakefront Park Veterans Lawn at 5:30 pm and the KUA Movie in the Park will begin at 7:00 pm. This month's movie is The Secret Life of Pets 2.

Dinner with a Veteran

Veterans Day Parade

 

This is a photo of people marching in downtown Kissimmee for the Veterans Day Parade.

The Veterans Day Parade celebrates the heroes who have served our country. This year’s theme is “Honor Veterans Year Round." There will be awards after the parade for Best Band, Best Float and Best Unit.

Keep Kids Off the Street Walkathon

This 5k walkathon will help raise funds and awareness for programs that assist youth and young adults in our community. Make a difference and help contribute to college scholarship programs, music scholarship programs, summer camps, and community service programs.
