Lt. Bill Manning Foundation Announces Fundraiser for Ill Child
This News Release is being passed along as a courtesy by the City for the Lt. Bill Manning Foundation:
The Lt. Bill Manning Foundation is pleased to announce a partnership with City Commissioner, and General Manager of 3 Sisters Speak Easy, Felix Ortiz to help a City of Kissimmee Fire Fighter’s newborn son.
On November 29, 2018, a City of Kissimmee Fire Lieutenant celebrated the birth of his son; unfortunately, Caleb was born early and with serious medical conditions, including Coarctation of the Aorta, Cor Triatriatum, and Anomalous Left Coronary Artery from the Pulmonary Artery (ALCAPA). These conditions will require multiple open-heart surgeries in the very near future to give Caleb the best chance at a healthy life.
A benefit fundraiser is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019, at 3 Sisters Speak Easy, located at 226 Broadway, Kissimmee, Florida. This family friendly event with raffle opportunities will help Caleb and his family.
To enter into the raffle, please visit www.rfb111.com, or to simply contribute you may visit an established GoFundMe account (Baby Caleb GoFundMe).
The Lt. Bill Manning Foundation was created to celebrate Lt. Manning’s love and passion for the fire service, and the Foundation continues to promote Lt. Manning’s desire to help those in need through the organization of charity events.
