Programs, Classes, and Recreation Opportunities

City of Kissimmee community centers offer a wide variety of opportunities for everyone in the whole family. From programs designed for pre-schoolers, to sports programs, and classes for adults, there is a lot to take advantage of.

Community Center Rentals

Berlinsky Community House- The capacity is 140 and requires 6 hour minimum on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. A two hour minimum for any rentals Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Rate includes rent, janitorial, kitchen and staff fees only. Set up, decorating, and take down must be included in the rental time.


Chambers Park, Oak Street, Orange Gardens, and Mark Durbin Park on Lakeside Community Centers- Community Centers capacity are up to 75 people depending on function and requires a two hour minimum Monday through Thursday and four hour minimum Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Rentals are available between 8:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. Rate includes rent, janitorial, kitchen and staff fees, but does not include equipment rental items. Set up, decorating, and take down must be included in rental time. Alcohol is not permitted.

Reservation Costs

Non-profit organizations: $46 per hour
Private events: $65 per hour (plus tax)

Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable flat fee of $50 per facility is required to reserve a date for any City of Kissimmee community center. This fee is applied to any rental value of $200 or more. If less, full payment is due when reserving the facility. This fee will be applied to the overall rental fee and is due at the time of reservation to hold the date.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of 20% of the total amount or $100 (whichever is greater) is required no less than 30 days prior to the rental date. This deposit is refundable after the rental date providing there is no damage, outstanding fees (including unplanned hours) or change orders owed.
