The City Commission holds its planning retreat each year in January
to determine the priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.

These priorities are used to help staff to develop a budget for
tentative approval in July by the City Commission.

The City's fiscal year is from October 1 - September 30.

The following is a list of the 2015-2016 Goals approved by the City Commission.

Hansel Plant Site Development
Hoagland Boulevard Project Phases II, III & IV
Annexation: Enclaves and North 441 (Horseshoe)
Major Project/Property Acquisition: Direction, Funding

HIGH PRIORITIES
Beaumont Property Master Plan
Development Corporation: Direction
Lake Toho Clean Up: Action Plan
Oak Street Widening Project: Funding
Medical Arts District: Development

MODERATE PRIORITIES
East Kissimmee Master Plan
