City of Kissimmee Celebrates Black History Month with Art Exhibit & Events
The City of Kissimmee will celebrate Black History Month with an art exhibit and two special events during the month of February.
Artwork created by Haitian born artist Patrick Noze will be on display at Kissimmee City Hall from February 1st thru the end of the month and can be viewed Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
City of Kissimmee Announces Road Closures for Oak Street Widening Project
The City of Kissimmee announces that Oak Street from Vine Street to Lawrence Silas Boulevard will be closed to through traffic starting Monday, February 15th, 2016 thru February 10th, 2017. This northern most portion of Oak Street in the area of the Mill Creek Mall will be open to traffic with various lane closures and lane shirts during the duration of this phased work.
City Of Kissimmee Offers Junior Magic Basketball League
The City of Kissimmee and All Stars Are Bright are currently accepting registrations for the Spring Junior Magic Basketball League for players ages 3-7 and 8-17, now through February 19th.
City of Kissimmee Presents Kissimmee Night Out Events
The City of Kissimmee is hosting two events this spring, as part of the Kissimmee Night Out series. Kissimmee Night out will host a Wine and Canvas event in April and an evening of BIN-GLO this May.
Kenton’s Kowboy Student Art Featured at Kissimmee City Hall
The City of Kissimmee will display artwork created for the Kenton’s Kowboy Classic 2016 Scholarship Challenge during the month of February. The artwork was created by Osceola County High School students, who competed for eight $500 scholarships.
