Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Access Osceola Broadcast?
Access Osceola broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week on Bright House Networks channel 199. The channel broadcasts throughout the City of Kissimmee, Poinciana and in some portions of Buena Ventura Lakes.

I Checked the Channel, but the Show That was Listed Isn’t Showing. Why?
We occasionally run programs that vary in length and run longer or shorter than a typical 30 or 60-minute show. Therefore, a program may run a bit longer or shorter than is reflected on the program guide. We also offer two satellite feeds, which are occasionally affected by adverse weather. In such cases, we will offer alternative programming.

Will Access Osceola Broadcast a Show I Produce?
Unlike public access, which allows citizens to produce and air programming, Access Osceola is a government and education channel committed to providing informative and community-driven programming. We do welcome program ideas and are always searching for innovative ways to showcase Kissimmee and Osceola County, but we cannot air programs produced by citizens.

Can I Obtain Copies of a Program?
The City of Kissimmee Commission meetings are available in the City Clerk’s Office, located on the 5th floor of Kissimmee City Hall. If you see something on our channel and would like a copy, you can contact us with your request. If you provide a suitable DVD, there is no cost. Otherwise, the following fees apply to dub requests: VHS videotape: $15.00; DVD or SVHS format: $20.00. An additional $5.00 fee will be assessed for each tape shipped upon the request of the applicant. Payment must be made in the form of check (payable to the City Of Kissimmee) prior to receiving the tape to: Access Osceola, 101 N. Church Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741. AOTV will provide a free dub to AOTV partners or government/media organizations that submit a Video Request form.

To order a dub, fill out the Video Request form available from Access Osceola staff, on the AOTV Web site or at the City Clerk’s office (located on the 5th floor of Kissimmee City Hall at 101 N. Church Street). The applicant must allow five business days from receipt of request for order fulfillment. Tapes may be picked up at the City Clerk’s office when completed. Payment is made at the City Clerk’s office in the form of cash or check. Checks should be made payable to the City of Kissimmee.
