Key’s Welcome Station
Key’s Welcome Station – This 1926 Masonry Vernacular building located at 421 Broadway is the only industrial site listed among the 413 sites noted in the Kissimmee Historic Properties Survey. The preservation of this building is significant at the local level. Between 1926 and 1998, the Key’s building had been the meeting place for Kissimmee boys and men, a place for Monday morning quarterbacking, heated political debates, first cars, and college rivalries. Whether you made your living from cattle, citrus or business...everyone met at the Key’s Service Station.

The Key’s Welcome Station is home to a satellite office of the Kissimmee Main Street program. The lobby is host to locals and visitors, providing information about local events, downtown merchants as well as area attractions.
