Florida Statute 119.01 General state policy on public records.—

 (1) It is the policy of this state that all state, county, and municipal records are open for personal inspection and copying by any person. Providing access to public records is a duty of each agency.

 

The City Clerk is the Custodian of Public Records for the City of

Kissimmee including the Fire Pension Board, General Employee' s

Pension Board, Police Pension Board, Community Redevelopment

Agency (CRA), and the Kissimmee Police Department
