The Personnel Department services over 800 employees fulfilling 161 different positions in 11  departments. Vacant positions are advertised in local newspapers, online and posted every Monday for 10 days on the bulletin board (1st floor) in City Hall. Beth Stefek has been the Director of Personnel and Risk Management since June 1991. She supervises 8 employees and manages a budget of approximately $800,000. Mrs. Stefek is responsible for  the administration of employee benefits, recruitment, compensation, Self-Insurance Program,  training, all labor law issues and employment records.
