Lakefront Gazebo: A unique outdoor setting ideal for ceremonies or family gatherings. Reserve individually or in conjunction with the Berlinksy Community House to make your special day memorable. Accommodates up to 75 people.

| Lakefront Pavilion: The Lakefront Pavilion offers the relaxed setting for your family reunion, company picnic or holiday celebration. Includes picnic tables, an open-fire grill and electricity. This facility accommodates up to 80 people.

| Lakefront Imagination Station: The Imagination Station accommodates 25 people and includes a cooking grill and electricity.
|
| Brinson Park: 406 Neptune Road, Kissimmee, FL 34741. This facility accommodates 25-35 people, has two cooking grills, but no electricity. This facility does not have a playground.
|
| Lakeside Community Pavilions: Located within the Lakeside Community these pavilions offer a great outdoor area for picnics, family reunions, or any type of celebration. Both of these pavilions include cooking grills and electricity and accommodate 25-35 people.

Rental fees are $15 per hour, plus tax or $75 for 10 hours, plus tax.

INDOOR FACILITIES
| Berlinsky Community House: The historic Berlinsky Community House offers beautiful hardwood floors, a small kitchen area and stage suited for entertainment. Located just a short distance to the lakefront, this is an ideal location for receptions, graduations, showers, and other social events. The facility accommodates up to 130 people.

Kissimmee Civic Center: The Kissimmee Civic Center is nestled in a beautiful park setting in historical downtown Kissimmee. The grand ballroom accommodates groups large or small
(60 to 280 people) and is the perfect location for receptions, showers, reunions, and other social events. Book one of our convenient rental packages or consult with our event coordinator at 407.518.2575 for a tailor-made event. All packages include a ten-hour rental period, tables and chairs, set-up and breakdown and standard janitorial services. Room layout includes: dance floor, banquet style seating with a combination of head table, buffet, cake. and gift tables based on group size (up to 280 people). A variety of amenities such as linens, premium chairs and A.V. equipment can be added for an extra fee to customize your package. Every bride and groom receives a free membership upon booking their reception (ask for details). Outdoor reception deck free with four room packages. Now booking Sundays.

OTHER FACILITIES
Fortune Road Athletic Complex: This Athletic Complex just opened in the Fall of 2006. Fortune Road offers four pristine softball fields, with clean dugouts, state-of-the-art scoreboards and bleacher seating. Call the Athletic Office 407.518.2504 for tournament and field rental information.
Oak Street Community Center:
Reserve the Oak Street Park Community Center for your next party or meeting. You can reserve a room for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of six hours with tables and chairs for up to 75 people. To reserve your special day, a deposit of $100 will need to be paid at the time of the reservation along with a $100 refundable security deposit. Please call for available dates, times and additional information. All parties will take place on Saturdays at the Oak Street Park Community Center which is located at 717 N. Palm Ave., Kissimmee, FL 34741. The Community Center is a multi-purpose facility with space available for any type of party or event. A reservation deposit of $100 is required to book a date. This fee will be applied to overall rental fee. The remaining final payment must be made 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to make full payment may result in loss of deposit.
A $100 minimum refundable deposit is required no less than 30 days prior to the facility usage. The fee is refundable after the rental date provided there is no damage or outstanding fees owed.

Aquatic Center Birthday Parties: What more could you want than a pool, food and loads of fun on your birthday? We have set aside two special and completely private areas to spend your day. Birthday parties are held during regular business hours and include our great party package: all day admission, food and a drink. Although no additional food may be brought into the park, a birthday cake is permitted.

Aquatic Center Private Rental Parties: Regular operating hours too busy? Have a large group? Bring them to the aquatic center for a private swim party. Perfect for a big birthday bash, church party, or even a corporate event. The aquatic center will help to make it a memorable occasion. Bring up to 425 guests for a night no one will forget. Catering is available for an additional charge.
