Grant funding is currently available for businesses, commercial buildings and homeowners located within targeted areas of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Overlay District. 

Since October 1, 1998, the CRA has processed more than 450 grant applications; awarded more than $1,107,330 in grants; and created reinvestment in the district of $5,737,328.

• Matching Revitalization
• Matching Sign Grants

To find out if your improvement project qualifies, please call the CRA at 407.518.2586. A map of the overlay district boundaries and grant applications are available at www.kissimmeecra.com.  The grants are available on a first come, first serve basis, until funds are depleted or until September 30, 2010.  No work is to begin until written approval from the CRA has been received.
